Jim Sims has a stellar
track record in building market-leading professional services
and technology firms.
Before co-founding GEN3 with Michael Treacy in 1999, he
founded Cambridge Technology Partners Inc. in 1991 and
led the firm to $625 million in annual revenue, 4,500
employees and international prominence. Sims and Cambridge
Technology Partners, a consulting and systems integration
company based in Cambridge, Mass., pioneered the approach
of guaranteeing companies and government agencies the
development of computer systems on a fixed-price, fixed-time
basis. Sims left CTP in 1999 and launched GEN3 with Treacy
in December 1999. Two years later, CTP was purchased by
Novell Inc. Prior to CTP, Sims founded Concurrent Computer
Corp. and as chairman, president and CEO built it to $340
million in annual revenue and 3,500 employees. Concurrent
was the market leader in real-time information systems.

Since July 2003, Sims has been chairman of the board of
RSA Security Inc., a $300 million publicly held provider
of software for improving computer security. RSA is based
in Bedford, Mass. He is also the Chairman of American
EPAY Inc, a company specializing in integrated Business
Process Outsourcing services for companies with distributed
low wage hourly labor. American EPAY is based in Chicago.
Sims is also a member of the Republican National Finance
Committee and the Wang Center Finance Committee, and is
a director of several private boards. |

Mr. Ben Aissa has a background
of more than fifteen years in management, entrepreneurship
and investments. He is experienced in starting and growing
companies in financial technology, Business Process Outsourcing
and payment processing industries.
He Started his career in 1991 as a software engineer
in France, where he developed artificial Intelligent
robotic control software for automotive manufacturing.
He then worked for Johnson Controls (Milwaukee –
USA) where he managed technology for industrial automation.
In 1996, he started AB Internet Solutions, a services
company specializing in technology Business Process
Outsourcing for banks and financial institutions. In
1998 he acquired 1internet Corp. an Application Service
Provider company which offered Electronic Banking solutions
for small to mid-sized banks. |
In early 2002, Mr. Ben Aissa founded American EPAY Inc, specializing in integrated Business Process Outsourcing services for companies with distributed low wage hourly labor.
Mr. Ben Aissa speaks six languages, holds a dual Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and owns six US patents Mr. Ben Aissa also holds an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
In his earlier days, he was a competitive swimmer, He held national and international swimming records. He is the father of three boys, He enjoys reading business books, swimming and playing water polo.
