Fonen Match™ would help you eliminate buddy punching, voice matching technology tracks employees in the field, and matches their registered voice files with captured voice information. In case, their voice does not match, the employee is allowed to work, however his punch is flagged for supervisor approval.

How it works:

At registration, employee are asked to speak their first name and last names, and other information. Every time the employee clocks-in or clocks-out using Fonen, the system asks them to speak their information. Their voice recording is compared to the earlier captured registration sound file If a match is NOT made, the system notifies the supervisor about the (potential buddy-punching) event, thus requiring a manager's approval.

Caller-ID
In case you want to track the location from which your employees are calling from, you can enabled caller-ID tracking to make sure that employees are clocking-in and clocking out from the work site, not from home while watching TV!
