Most banks will tell you: "... if you place your employee on a payroll card, then you can eliminate over-nighting checks, and your payroll will be 100% electronic!"... WRONG!

By most state and federal labor laws, you must provide your employee with a printed payroll stub receipt, the same day you pay them! Thus, you are required to over-night your employee a paper payroll stub, even if you provide them with an electronic payment on a debit card! As a result, you might as well, save yourself the extra hassle, and go back to paper checks!

• Employees receive their pay electronically
• On Payday, employee can access his/her payroll stub: on the web, by phone IVR, or by Fax-back
